Real Property

This section will deal with the issues of land illegally taken, commercial development that threatens Native burial grounds or land held sacred by Native peoples, the problems of looting and disturbing of grave sites, and the issue of repatriation of bones and other items now in the possession of museums. This is an active area with many issues that are extremely sensitive. We will try to keep up with the issues.
